As a therapist with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges, I specialize in relationship counseling, marital and premarital counseling, family conflicts, addiction, trauma recovery, anxiety, spirituality, sports performance, career counseling and general counseling.

 

I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of each client. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each person I work with feels heard and supported.

 

I chose to become a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection and the resilience within all of us. Seeing clients overcome obstacles and grow into their best selves is what keeps me motivated every day. 

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family: my wife, Melissa, and our sons, AJ and Chris. Together, we love traveling the globe and building lasting memories along the way. I'm also passionate about coaching and mentoring young men in the game of basketball, where I find great fulfillment in helping them grow both on and off the court.
